Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Marinate 20 minutes or season. Heat wok or large heavy skillet over high heat for 3 minutes. Add 1 Tbsp oil to wok, tip pan to coat, and cook for 1/2 to 3/4 pound at a time 1-2 minutes turning continuously until no longer pink. Do not overcook.
