Keep Refrigerated- Turn in seasoned flour heat. Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown meat for 2 min/side. Wipe the oil from the skillet. Add 3/4 cups beef broth or other liquid. Add chopped vegetables. If desired, cover tightly. Simmer gently over low heat for 45 minutes or until tender Do not boil or meat will toughen. Thicken pan juices for gravy.
