Keep Refrigerated- Turn in seasoned flour. Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown meat for 2 min/side. Wipe the oil from the skillet. Add 3/4 cup beef broth or other liquids. Add chopped vegetables, if desired, and cover tightly. Simmer gently over low heat for 45 minutes or until tender. Do not boil or meat will toughen. Thicken pan juices for gravy.
