Ingredients:
8 Oz H-E-B Select Ingredients Dulce De Leche Corn Flakes, about 4 Cups measured and then crushed
8 fl oz H-E-B Select Ingredients Half & Half
1 Tsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Pure Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp H-E-B Pure Cane Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
1/4 Tsp Morton Coarse Kosher Salt
3 large Central Market Pasture Raised Large Brown Eggs
4 slices H-E-B Bakery Brioche
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread crushed cereal on a large plate.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk half and half, vanilla, sugar, salt and eggs.
3. Line a baking sheet with a wire rack. Dip the break in the egg mixture, letting soak for about 15 seconds before turning over and repeating. The bread should absorb some liquid but not be soggy.
4. Place the soaked bread onto the plate with the crushed cereal. Gently press the bread into the cereal. Flip and repeat.
Place the coated bread onto prepared wire rack. Repeat with the remaining bread slices.
5. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 18- 20 minutes.
