Perishable. Keep refrigerated.- Stovetop:
Marinate steaks for a few hours in the refrigerator (optional). Season steaks with salt and pepper. Coat in seasoned flour. Heat 2 Tbsp of oil in a heavy or nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 3 - 4 minutes. Cook steaks for 1-1/2 minutes per side, uncovered. Do not crowd in skillet. Drain steaks briefly on a paper towel and serve.
