Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Grill: Heat charcoal 40 minutes until ash covered or gas grill 10 minutes with lid closed. Cook 5 minutes per side over Medium-Low heat (325°F surface temperature is ideal). Bank coals in one half of grill or reduce gas heat toward Low. Move meat to the cool side. Close lid & cook 5 - 7 minutes per side or until internal meat temperature reaches 160°F. OPTION: Roast in 450°F oven for 23 minutes.
