  • Grill:
    Heat charcoal for 40 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Season or marinate steak as desired. Grill steak about 4" above medium-low heat (about 325°F) for 11 - 12 minutes per side (medium-rare) or for 13 - 15 minutes per side (medium). Remove when internal temperature reaches 140° - 150°F.
