Salt, Dried Chili Pepper, Paprika, Dried Garlic, Yellow Corn Flour, Dried Onion, Dried Guajillo Chili Pepper, Sugar, Tomato Powder, Spices, Dried Worcestershire Sauce (Vinegar, Molasses, Corn Syrup, Salt, Caramel Color, Garlic, Sugar, Spices, Tamarind, Natural Flavor), Dried Jalapeno Pepper, Natural Smoke Flavor.- Chuck Wagon Chili: Ingredients: 1 tsp. olive oil. 1 lb stew meat, cut into 1/2 inch cubes. 1 lb. ground beef. 1 cup diced onion. 1/2 cup diced jalapeno. 1 packet 6666 Chuck Wagon chili mix. 2 cups beef broth 1-1/2 cups diced tomatoes. 1. In large pot, heat oil over medium heat and brown stew meat. Add ground beef and cook 7 minutes, breaking up beef, until browned. Stir in onion and jalapeno and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2. Add 6666 Chuck Wagon Chili Mix and cook 2 minutes. Stir in beef broth and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 1 hour. 3. Add tomatoes and continue to cook, covered 45 minutes or until beef is very tender. Tip: For thicker chili, remove cover for the last 15 to 20 minutes of cook time and simmer until desired consistency. If desired, stir in 1 can (15.5 oz.) rinsed and drained kidney beans and cook 2 minutes or until heated through.
