Ingredients
Cooked Brown Rice (Water, Brown Rice), Cooked Black Beans (Black Beans, Water), Water, Tomatoes (Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Citric Acid), Corn, Corn Tortilla (Stone Ground Corn, Water, Trace of Lime), Roasted Poblano Chili, Zucchini, Fire Roasted Tomatoes in Juice (Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Sea Salt, Calcium Chloride, Citric Acid), Onion, Garlic, Cilantro, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Maple Syrup, Chili Powder (Chili Pepper, Spices, Salt, Garlic Powder), Spices, Rice Starch, Chili Pepper, Sea Salt, Cornstarch, Ground Chipotle Chili.- Cook thoroughly. Microwave Cooking Instructions: 1. Cut 1 inch slit in center of film. Cook on high for 3 minutes. 2. Peel back film, cut enchilada stack in half and separate slightly. 3. Replace film & cook on high for an additional 3 1/2 - 4 minutes. 4. Let is rest for 1 minute and enjoy. Since microwave ovens vary, you may need to adjust your cooking time. For food safety and quality, cook product to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Cook from frozen. Instructions developed for 1500 watt microwave. Keep frozen.
