Contains: wheat, soy.- Cooks in about a minute. Microwave Instructions (1100 Watt): You will need: Mug. 1 Mix pouch. 3 Tbsp water do not eat raw batter. Do not eat raw batter. Keep kids safe! Children should only prepare product under adult supervision. Children should not remove mug from the microwave. Empty one pouch into a microwave safe mug (8-12 oz. mug recommended). Add 3 Tablespoons of water or milk and stir with a spoon. Ensure mix is well blended by running spoon along the bottom mug edge and stir for 30 seconds, until batter is smooth. Microwave on high for 1 minute 10 seconds. Cool 2 minutes in microwave before eating. Top with frosting. Caution: Mug will be hot to the touch, use mug handle to remove from the microwave. Each convenient pouch makes one personalized cake. Cake is best consumed warm.
