Made in a facility that uses wheat, soy, milk, eggs and fish.- Cooking Instructions: For food safety cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Do not leave appliances unattended as cooking times may vary. Keep frozen prior to use. Skillet (Preferred Method): Preheat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Place frozen burger on pan, cover, and cook for approximately 11 minutes. Uncover, flip, and cook for an additional 10 minutes, until burger is heated through and browned to taste. Grill: Grill: Preheat grill on medium-high heat. Grill burger for 8 minutes. Carefully flip and cook for an additional 8 minutes, until heated through and browned to taste. Bake: Oven / Toaster Oven: Preheat oven to bake at 425 degrees F. Place frozen burger on an ungreased baking pan and cook for approximately 12 minutes per side, until heated through and browned to taste. Keep frozen.
