  • You Will Need:

    1 stick of butter (8 Tbsps) (room temperature)
    3 large eggs

    Preheat oven to 350˚F. Grease 8" x 8" baking pan. Combine mix packet and butter using an electric mixer. Beat on medium-low speed until mixture looks crumbly. Add eggs one at a time, beating on medium speed between each addition, until batter is uniform. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until center of brownie is just set. Let cool to room temperature.

    Once brownies have cooled, prepare peppermint bark topping. Empty white chocolate packet in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on HIGH for 20-second intervals, stirring after each interval until completely smooth. Pour warm chocolate over cooled brownies and spread evenly. Immediately sprinkle peppermint crunch packet over warm chocolate and refrigerate to set, about 15 minutes. Slice brownies into squares and serve.
