Description

We start by using triple filtered water and Certified Organic Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished beef bones. We add locally sourced organic onions, organic fresh garlic, Celtic Sea Salt® by Selina Naturally® and Organic apple cider vinegar. The vinegar acts as a magnet to help pull the vitamins and minerals from the bones and into the broth. We then bring the broth to a boil and immediately reduce to a simmer. This slow simmer continues on for 48 hours. An hour before the broth is ready we add fresh organic parsley to pull any remaining minerals from the bones. The broth is then coarsely filtered and immediately cooled, packaged in our BPA and EA free bags and then immediately frozen using our proprietary method to preserve freshness.

Organic Beef Broth (Broth Made from Organic Grassfed Beef Bones and with Filtered Water), Organic Onion, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Garlic, Selina Brand Celtic Sea Salt, Organic Parsley.
Heat. Drink. Repeat. Sip our broth straight - it's delicious on its own - or use it in just about any recipe that calls for liquid. 1. Defrost in the fridge overnight, or quick-thaw by placing frozen bag in a bowl of warm water. 2. Heat to a simmer in a small saucepan. Cool to taste. 3. Enjoy. Sip on its own or use any recipe that calls for liquid. Refrigerate the rest and use within 7 days. Our bag is not microwave friendly. Perishable. Keep frozen or use within 7 days of refrigeration.
