Bell & Evans Breaded Chicken Breast Nuggets are 100% air-chilled, whole breast meat pieces. The air-chilled process locks in the natural juices, tenderizes the meat, and eliminates the need for chilled chlorinated water. The nuggets are then flash-fried in non-hydrogenated, U.S. produced, organic, expeller-pressed soybean oil and lightly breaded for maximum flavor and super convenience.

Suggested Cooking Instructions: Bake: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spread frozen Nuggets on a baking sheet and bake for a total of 25-30 minutes. Pan Fry: Heat vegetable oil (1/8 in) in skillet until hot. Fry in hot oil over Medium heat 10-12 minutes turning over after 6 minutes. Nuggets should be golden brown on both sides.
