Ovens and wattages vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Read and follow the cooking instructions. Microwave Instructions (1100 watts): (1) Do not pierce or vent film. (2) Cook on high for 5 min. (3) Remove film. Stir vegetables, rotate meatloaf 180 degrees, spoon gravy on top & replace film. (4) Cook on high again for 2 min. (5) Let stand 1-2 min. carefully remove film. Product will be hot. See side panel for food safety and quality instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F before eating. Use care when removing film as hot steam may escape. Do not reheat the tray. Keep frozen.
