  • Baking & broiling not recommended. Pan Frying: Recommended for balance of heat and flavor. Directions For Frying: 1. Heat vegetable oil in a heavy saucepan, skillet or preferably a deep fryer to 375 degrees F. 2. Wash chicken with water, shake off excess water. 3. Pour Andy's Chicken Breading into a shallow dish or plastic bag. Evenly coat meat of your choice a few pieces at a time. Also great on beef or pork. 4. Fry chicken for 12-15 minutes. Length of cook time may vary depending on amount and sizes of meat placed in fryer. Make sure poultry, beef or pork are cooked thoroughly. 5. Poultry should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. 6. Use caution when cooking with hot oil.
