The Mattar Paneer is made with Indian cheese and tender organic peas in an authentic, delicately spiced sauce. Carrots, onions and cumin add flavor and color to the organic basmati rice. Curried chana masala, made with organic garbanzo beans and sweet organic tomatoes, rounds out this delicious meal that we're sure will appeal to all who appreciate fine Indian cooking. All dairy ingredients are made with pasteurized, rBST-hormone-free milk. Gluten free.

  • Directions: Ovens may vary. Microwave Oven: Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 4-5 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven: Remove overwrap and tray. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions. Perishable. Keep frozen.
