In Amy's Country Vegetable soup, organic long grain red rice is slowly simmered with the organic vegetables and traditional French herbs to create and unusually flavored yet satisfyingly robust meal in the French country tradition. Amy's Kitchen dose not use any peanuts, fish, shellfish or eggs. Certified organic by QAI - Quality Assurance International.
