    Allergens and safety warnings

    Keep frozen at 0°F or below.
  • Stovetop:
    Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil. Add frozen broccoli and return to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 5 - 6 minutes. Drain and season to taste.

    Microwave:
    Place frozen broccoli and 2 Tbsp water in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Cook on HIGH for 8 - 9 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. Drain and season to taste. Do not overcook. Microwaves may vary; adjust cooking time as necessary.
