Mikala Guillaume is an H-E-B Registered Dietitian on a mission to get people to- Eat Real Food. After receiving her Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Food Science: Dietetics Track at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. She was one of nine interns awarded a position in the highly competitive Dietetic Internship at Texas State University. There she fulfilled her 1,200 hours of supervised practice and moved on to her career as a clinical and supermarket dietitian.

Mikala’s food philosophy is simple, eat foods that are closest to its original form and make healthful decisions consistently. She prides herself on not taking away the pleasure and fun out of meal time. Instead, she will empower you to take control of making small modifications to promote the lifestyle that we, at H-E-B Nutrition Services, envision for our community. Mikala understands the craziness of day-to-day life and having multiple competing responsibilities. She is here to make health and wellness attainable for our H-E-B partners and customers.
