Recipe makes 12 Servings

2 large eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
1/4 Tsp Central Market Organic Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
3 cup(s) all purpose baking mix
2 cup(s) zucchini, shredded (about 2 medium)
1 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

Heat oven to 400°F.

Heavily spray a 2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine eggs, basil, red pepper, 1 cup water, baking mix, zucchini, and cheese.

Spread the batter evenly in prepared baking dish and bake on center oven rack for 25 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes.

Remove from pan and cut into 12 squares.
