Za'atar Spiced Lamb with Spicy Moroccan Sauce

3 Tbsp Adams Reserve Za'Atar Seasoning
4 Lb H-E-B Natural Semi-Boneless Leg of Lamb
1/2 cup(s) Fischer & Wieser Four Star Provisions Spicy Moroccan Sauce

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Combine sea salt and Za'Atar in a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Season lamb heavily on all sides with the spice mixture.

Place lamb on a baking sheet, with a wire rack, and bake for 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 130ºF. Start checking the temperature with an instant read meat thermometer after about 1 hour in the oven.

Remove lamb from oven, tent loosely with aluminum foil. Let the lamb rest for 30 minutes. Cut into slices and serve with the sauce.
