1/2 Tsp Texas Traditions Hot Salt, as needed
8 H-E-B Cream Cheese Jalapeño Poppers
4 Prime 1 Cowboy Burgers
1 cup(s) crispy onions, as needed
1 head of iceberg lettuce

Instructions

Preheat grill to 400ºF.

Spray grill liberally with non-stick spray. Season poppers and burgers with hot salt and cook burgers 4 to 5 minutes per side or until nicely marked.

Turn down heat to low and continue to cook until poppers are nicely crisp and fully cooked, and burgers are cooked to an internal temperature of at least 155ºF. Allow to rest before building burgers.

Add any condiments to your favorite burger bun as needed then top each patty with a couple of jalapeño poppers and garnish with crispy onions and lettuce as needed.
