6 fl oz water
2 Tbsp dried hibiscus flowers
2 fl oz Barsmith Simple Syrup
1 fl oz lime juice
6 fl oz H-E-B Watermelon Unsweetened Sparkling Water with Caffeine

Instructions

To brew hibiscus tea, bring water to a gentle simmer, add hibiscus flowers and let steep for 5 minutes. Strain out flowers and refrigerate until cool, about 1 hour.

Add ice, simple syrup, lime juice, and hibiscus tea to a shaker. Shake well.

Fill two rocks glasses with ice and pour contents of shaker over ice. Top with watermelon sparkling water and serve.

Chefs Note: Add 4 fl oz of vodka or white rum in step 2 for a cocktail.
