8 chicken tenders
1/2 cup(s) celery, fine chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup(s) fat free sour cream
1/2 cup(s) walnut pieces
1/4 Tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

Combine chicken tenders and 3 cups water in saucepot and bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes. Drain tenders, cool and shred.

Combine shredded chicken, celery, green onions, sour cream, walnut pieces and cayenne pepper in a bowl.

Chill the chicken salad for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.

Place 1 tablespoon chicken salad on each cracker and serve on a tray.
