12 Oz Stick + Tine Beef Pho Vietnamese Soup Base
4 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Beef Broth
1 Tsp Central Market Organics Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/3 cup(s) green onions, green tops only, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve Shichimi Togarashi Seasoning
6 Oz Monterey Umami Stir Fry Mushroom Blend
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Celery Sticks, thinly sliced
8 Oz H-E-B Stir Fry Medley, carrots and snow peas cut in half
1 Lb Wagyu Beef Sirloin, thinly sliced

Instructions

Place a large pot on medium-high heat. Add pho base and beef broth to the pot. Stir in red pepper flakes, green onions, and shichimi togarashi seasoning.

Add mushrooms and celery to pot and bring to a boil. Turn down to a simmer and add broccoli, carrots, and snow peas.

Simmer for 2 minutes then add beef strips and cook for 4 minutes.

Place desired amount of beef in a bowl, top with vegetables and ladle broth on top. Can be served with rice or noodles if desired.
