13 1/2 Oz coconut milk, 1 can or about 1 1/2 cups
1 cup(s) kale, finely chopped for measuring
1 medium banana
2 cup(s) mixed frozen berries, any combination of strawberries, blueberries and blackberries
1 Tbsp H‑E‑B Organics Liquid Coconut Oil

Instructions

Place coconut milk, kale, banana and berries in blender. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Add a little water if consistency is too thick.

Add coconut oil and blend another 10 seconds, just to stir through. Serve immediately.
