2 pkg. H‑E‑B Decadently European Chocolate Cake Mix
1 box Betty Crocker Home Style Fluffy White Frosting Mix
1 cup(s) powdered sugar, for coating sides of cakes
1 pkg. food coloring
1 red tube of decorator frosting, for writing messages

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch sheet cake pan.

Pour both packages of cake batter into prepared pan, spread evenly then bake according to package directions. Set aside to cool.

Prepare frosting mix according to package directions. Set aside.

Flip sheet cake over onto a cutting board. Using a heart-shaped cookie cutter or knife, cut out small heart shaped cakes.

Gently roll cakes in powdered sugar to make frosting easier.

Divide frosting into 4 separate bowls, adding 1-2 drops of food coloring for pink, blue, green and yellow.

Frost each cake with a generous amount of frosting.

Finish cakes by writing your favorite messages with red decorator icing.
