3 1/2 cup(s) vanilla wafers
1/2 cup(s) pecan pieces
1/4 cup(s) unsalted butter
8 Oz cream cheese
1 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup(s) sour cream
14 Oz sweetened condensed milk
20 Oz cherry pie filling or topping

Instructions

Heat oven to 275°F.

Line a 9 inch heart-shaped disposable aluminum cake pan with a double layer of parchment paper. Cut and trim so that cake can be removed easily for cutting.

Place vanilla wafers and nuts in food processor bowl and process to coarse crumbs. Add melted butter and process for 10 seconds to combine.

Press wafer-nut crust into pan base and bake in center oven rack for 10-12 minutes.

Heat oven to 350°F.

Combine cream cheese, beaten egg, sour cream and condensed milk in a large mixing bowl.

Blend ingredients for 1 minute using an electric mixer. Pour mixture into prepared crust.

Place on the center oven rack for 35 minutes. Removed from oven and cool. Top with cherry filling and chill before serving.
