Recipe makes 4 Servings

12 wonton wrappers
1 grilling non-stick cooking spray
1/2 Tsp coarse kosher salt
2 Tbsp H-E-B Organics Garlic Canola Oil
1/2 cup(s) sweet onion, very thinly sliced
1/2 Lb natural ground pork
1 package H-E-B Sweet Heat Orange Peel Stir Fry Kit
1/4 cup(s) cilantro, finely chopped

Heat oven to 400°F. Spray wonton wrappers on both sides with oil and sprinkle with salt. Place on a large baking sheet and bake for 7 to 8 minutes or until crisp and golden brown around the edges. Set crispy wonton wrappers aside.

Heat skillet over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Add oil, ground pork and onions. Sauté 5 to 7 minutes until pork is fully cooked and onions soften and begin to turn light brown.

Roughly chop stir fry kit vegetables into smaller pieces and add to pan (reserve sauce packet) and continue stir frying vegetables and onions for 5 to 6 minutes, or until tender/crisp.

Remove mixture from heat and add sauce packet. Stir to combine flavors and finish with fresh cilantro.

To serve, layer 1 crispy wonton wrapper on the bottom, then a layer of the sautéed filling, then another wonton wrapper and more filling. Finish with a wonton wrapper on top.
