1 medium shallot, chopped
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2 Tsp Simply Organic Turmeric
1 Tbsp Vela Farms Texas Sweet Tea Jelly
1/4 cup(s) champagne vinegar
3/4 cup(s) avocado oil

Instructions

In a blender combine shallots, mustard, turmeric, jelly, and vinegar. Blend everything together on high speed.

Lower speed of blender and slowly add in oil until vinaigrette is emulsified.
