1/2 cup(s) fat free sour cream
4 Oz Mesquite smoked turkey breast
2 cup(s) baby spinach leaves
1 red bell pepper, cut in strips

Instructions

Combine shredded cheese and sour cream in a small bowl.

Place turkey slices on cutting surface.

Spread 1/3 cup shredded cheese mixture on each slice.

Arrange 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves and 4 pepper strips over cheese mixture.

Roll each turkey slice like a taco and wrap in plastic wrap.
