2 1/2 Oz single serve diced red onion
8 1/2 Oz Truroots Organic Vegetable Medley Quinoa & Brown Rice Blend
9 Oz H-E-B Scampi Cooking Sauce
5 Oz H-E-B Organics Baby Spinach

Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil along with turkey and onions. Stir, breaking up turkey, and cook until turkey is fully cooked.

Reduce heat to medium and add vegetable medley blend, cooking sauce, and spinach. Stir to heat through or just long enough to wilt the spinach.
