Recipe makes 4 Servings

1/3 cup(s) mayonnaise
1 lime, juiced
2 Tbsp Huy Fong Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
1 cucumber, sliced thinly
1 cup(s) matchstick carrots
4 Tbsp Kikkoman Rice Vinegar
1 baguette loaf, cut in half lenghwise
2 cup(s) leftover turkey, dark and white meat, shredded
2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
2 jalapeños
1 bunch cilantro

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lime juice and sriracha.

In a separate bowl, combine cucumbers and carrots with vinegar. Set aside at least 10 minutes.

Using a serrated knife, cut bread in half lengthwise but not cutting completely through. Gently toast in oven. Bread should be crisp but not too hard.

Spread mayonnaise mixture on both sides of bread.

Place turkey and hoisin in a microwave safe bowl and heat 3 to 4 minutes.

Layer bread with turkey, jalapeños, cilantro and pickled cucumbers and carrots.

Cut sandwich into 4 equal pieces.
