Ingredients

Recipe makes 8 Servings

8 Oz salted butter, softened to room temperature
1/4 cup(s) Four J Tomatillo & Avocado Fish Taco Salsa
1 Tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
1 Tbsp avocado oil
8 H-E-B Intensely Sweet Corn, husks and silks removed
1 1/2 Tsp Adams Reserve Yucatan Rojo Rub

Instructions

Heat grill to medium-high.

In a small bowl, whisk butter, tomatillo and avocado sauce, and cilantro.

Using clean, bare hands rub a light coating of oil on all ears of corn. Place on grill and close lid. Grill about 10 minutes, turning 3 or 4 times during cooking.

Open grill lid and brush with tomatillo avocado butter on all sides. Grill 2 more minutes then remove from grill and season with rub.

Serve immediately with remaining tomatillo avocado butter.
