Ingredients

Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 1/2 Tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 cup(s) Fage Total 5% Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup(s) fresh cilantro, approximately 1/2 a bunch chopped
1 1/2 Tsp ginger paste
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 Tsp ground coriander
1 medium jalapeño, stem and seeds removed, or seeds left for more heat

Instructions

In a dry pan add cumin and slowly stir-fry over medium-low heat until it becomes fragrant and slightly darker in color, approximately 5 to 10 minutes.

In a blender, combine cumin, yogurt, cilantro, ginger, garlic, coriander and jalapeño. Blend until smooth, add a little water to thin if necessary.

Season to taste with salt and pepper and refrigerate until ready to use.
