Recipe makes 16 Servings

16 Oz Jet-Puffed Jumbo Marshmallows, 16 each
8 Oz Ghirardelli Premium Baking Bar Milk Chocolate, broken into squares
14 .1000 Oz H-E-B Grahams, as needed
16 Oz H-E-B Pitmaster Thick Cut Bacon, cooked until crispy and strips cut into quarters or smaller squares

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Place marshmallows into an oven safe baking dish arrange marshmallows so that they are approximately 1/2 inch apart.

Place dish into oven and allow to bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until tops of marshmallows puff into one another and start to brown slightly.

Remove from oven, immediately build s'mores by adding a chocolate piece to each graham cracker followed by a spoonful of melted marshmallow then bacon piece and finally top with another graham cracker.

Repeat process with each additional s'more and reheat marshmallows if needed to make them more pliable.

Chef's Note: You can also make these traditional by roasting marshmallows over a campfire and finish according to recipe.
