1/4 cup(s) True Texas BBQ Sweet TX Heat
2 Lb H‑E‑B Ground Pork Value Pack
1 1/2 Lb Hill Country Fair Loaded Mashed Potatoes, Per package instructions
4 cup(s) H-E-B Select Frozen Mixed Vegetables
10 Oz H‑E‑B Chopped Cilantro & Diced White Onion

Instructions

Gather all the ingredients as well as a large pan and a large oven safe casserole dish. Pre heat oven to 400F and pan on the stove top with a high heat

Sear Ground pork in the pan with spice rub until cooked, add frozen veggies and heat completely
3
Add cilantro and onions to pan and stir for about 2 minutes then transfer to casserole pan
4
Spread prepared mashed potatoes over the pork and veggie mix evenly then put in oven for 20 minutes
5
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving
