Szechuan Seared Sea Scallops

1 Lb sea scallops, adductor muscle removed, patted dry
1/2 Tbsp Adams Reserve Umami Bomb Seasoning
2 Tbsp H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup(s) Stick + Tine Szechuan Chinese Cooking Sauce
1 Tbsp green onions, green tops only, thinly sliced

Instructions

Season scallops on all sides with umami seasoning and set aside. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat.

When skillet is hot, add oil and swirl to coat. Carefully lay scallops in pan and cook for 2 1/2 minutes per side.

Pour Szechuan sauce into pan and toss gently to coat scallops. Remove to a serving plate and garnish with green onions. Serve over steamed rice if desired.
