3 cup(s) sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 cup(s) granulated sugar
1/2 cup(s) unsalted butter
1/3 cup(s) H-E-B Evaporated Milk
2 large eggs
1 Tsp pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup(s) unsalted butter, melted
1 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Chopped Pecans
1 cup(s) light brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup(s) all purpose flour

Instructions

Mix together sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, 1/2 cup butter, milk, eggs and vanilla.

Spread into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Mix together 1/3 cup melted butter, pecans, brown sugar, and flour.

Spoon on top of sweet potato mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
