Sunshine Eggs in Toast

Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

4 Nature's Own Light Sourdough, slices
1 non-stick butter spray
4 eggs, large
1/8 Tsp salt

Instructions

Spray both sides of bread slices with non-stick butter spray.

Use cookie cutter or knife to cut a shape out of the center of each piece of bread.

Heat a skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes.

Place slice of bread and cut out portion in the skillet, to fry on one side. Remove cut out portion and turn bread over to finish toasting.

Carefully crack an egg and pour it into center of bread slice.

Cover skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes or until egg is set. For an over-easy egg, flip egg and bread, cook other side.

Repeat with 3 remaining slices.

Season with salt and serve along with its cooked, cut out portion.
