6 Oz Hill Country Fare Chicken Stuffing Mix
8 Oz Tostitos Spinach Dip
1/2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Pecan Pieces
1/2 cup(s) Sun-Maid Golden Raisins
1/2 cup(s) reduced sodium chicken broth
4 natural boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/8 Tsp iodized salt
1/8 Tsp black pepper
1 .9 oz package bearnaise sauce mix

Instructions

Combine stuffing mix, dip, pecans, raisins and broth in a large bowl. Mix well and set aside.

On a clean cutting board, butterfly chicken breast.

Fill chicken with 2-3 tablespoons of stuffing mix. Repeat until all 4 breasts are filled.

Place chicken in a prepared baking dish, season with salt and pepper and bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 175°F.

While chicken is baking, prepare Béarnaise sauce according to package instructions.

Pour sauce over baked chicken and serve.
