1/2 cup(s) almonds, crushed
1/2 cup(s) high fiber cereal
2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 1/2 cup(s) vanilla Greek yogurt
1 1/2 cup(s) strawberries, diced

Instructions

Place 12 paper or foil muffin cups into a muffin tin.

In a small bowl combine almonds with cereal and melted coconut oil. Mix and crush with a wooden spoon until well incorporated and cereal is in small pieces.

Evenly distribute almond mixture to the muffin cups.

Spoon yogurt over almond mixture then top off each cup with strawberries.

Place in the freezer for several hours until completely frozen.

Remove paper muffin cup before eating.
