1 Hill Country Fare Butter Flavor No-Stick Cooking Spray
1 Texas Pie Company Original Pie Dough Puck, thawed according to package directions
1 H-E-B Texas Tough Wax Paper
3 Tbsp H-E-B More Fruit Strawberry Fruit Spread
1/8 Tsp ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp sugar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F. Coat a cookie sheet with no-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

Cut thawed dough in half, then cut halves into thirds, to make six equal portions.

Place one portion of dough on wax paper and roll out to a 3 x 4-inch rectangle.

Place 1 tablespoon of strawberry spread in center of rectangle.

Roll another dough portion into a 3 x 4-inch rectangle and place on top of bottom rectangle containing strawberry spread.

Using a fork, crimp edges of dough then cut 3 small 1/2-inch slits in the top for venting steam. Transfer to prepared pan. Repeat until all pocket pastries are made.

In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar.

Spray top of pastry pockets with no-stick cooking spray and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until browned. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
