Ingredients

Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 Tbsp HEB Baker's Scoop All Purpose Flour
9 Oz white cake mix
2 large eggs, whites only
1/4 Tsp Adams Almond Extract
12 Oz light strawberry yogurt

Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Spray a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Dust loaf pan with 1 tablespoon flour and set aside.

Combine cake mix, egg whites (discard egg yolks), almond extract, and 1 container light yogurt in a mixing bowl.

Mix batter with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.

Pour cake batter in prepared loaf pan.

Bake on center oven rack for 10-15 minutes in pan.

Run knife around side of pan before removing.

Allow cake to cool 10 minutes before removing from loaf pan.

Slice cake and serve each slice with 2 tablespoons light yogurt.
