3 large eggs
1/2 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
1 cup(s) water
16 1/2 Oz strawberry cake mix
12 Tsp strawberry cheesecake dip
15 .6000 Oz Pink Frosting with Enclosed Sprinkles

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a deep muffin pan with non-stick spray and set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, oil, and water together. Add cake mix and whisk until smooth.

Fill muffin cups 3/4 full then spoon a teaspoon of strawberry cheesecake dip on top of batter.

Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cupcakes cool completely.

When cool, remove from pan and turn upside down. Frost bottom and sides of cupcakes, garnish with sprinkles and serve.
