3 large eggs
1 Tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup(s) olive oil
1/4 Tsp salt
1 cup(s) Mi Tienda Strawberry Banana Nectar
15 1/2 Oz banana cake mix
16 Oz cream cheese frosting

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9" x 13" pan with non-stick spray.

In a large bowl add eggs and whisk until light yellow. Add vanilla, oil, salt, and strawberry banana nectar and whisk until well blended.

Add cake mix to wet ingredients and whisk for 1 minute until completely combined. Pour into pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Tent with foil if top begins to get too brown.

When cake is done, remove from oven and cool completely. Frost with cream cheese frosting and refrigerate until ready to serve.
