8 Oz Hill Country Fare Whipped Topping
2 cup(s) fresh strawberries, sliced
2 Tbsp H-E-B Pure Cane Sugar
22 Oz Fat Free Angel Food Cake

Instructions

Thaw whipped cream in container overnight in refrigerator or set out on counter top for 1 hour.

Combine sliced strawberries and sugar in a bowl, cover and refrigerate.

Cut cake into two layers horizontally. Place half of cake on cake platter.

Spread 1/2 of whipped topping on the top and sides of cake. Arrange 1/2 of the sliced strawberries on the top and sides of the iced cake.

Place second half of uncovered cake on top of iced cake. Apply the remaining whipped topping and strawberries. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
