1 cup(s) H-E-B Basamati Rice
2 Tbsp H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Lb H-E-B Natural Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
16 Oz H-E-B Mixed Vegetables
2 Tbsp white onion, chopped
2 Tbsp H-E-B Peeled Garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp ginger, chopped
1 cup(s) Dynasty Chinese Stir-Fry Sauce

Instructions

Prepare the rice according to package directions.

Heat skillet over high heat for 2 minutes before adding oil.

Stir-fry each ingredient separately: first the meat to medium and set aside. The meat will finish cooking during the third step.

Next stir-fry the veggies and make sure the pieces are the same size or cook equally. Add the onions, garlic and ginger last so that they do not burn.

Finally, add the stir-fried meat and sauce to the veggies and stir-fry the mixture until all ingredients are hot and sauce is thickened.

Serve your stir-fry over rice.
