Spinach Feta Pinwheels

Recipe makes 6 Servings

10 Oz chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/3 cup(s) feta, crumbled
1/4 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
1/2 Tsp thyme
1 Lb Tenderized Beef Flank Steak
1 Tsp H-E-B Texas Original® Steak Seasoning

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium, 375°F.

Combine spinach, feta, breadcrumbs and thyme in a bowl.

Place tenderized flank steak flat on a clean cutting board.

Spread filling evenly over steak.

Starting from one end, roll up the steak and insert a wooden skewer through the roll at every 1-inch interval.

With a sharp knife, cut the roll into 6 equal portions between the skewers.

Sprinkle each pinwheel with steak seasoning.

Place on grill and cook 6-7 minutes on each side.
